This personal website is just a holding spot for some of my articles, repair notes, or just a place to share some of my favorite things.
I keep an electronics test bench and I love repairing old radios or building other electronic or amateur radio projects, usually late at night listening to shortwave or talking with other hams.
My Amateur call sign is KM5Z.
Hi Mike. I used to be able to download and read the 1958 RCA radio and Tv course but am no longer able to do so. Can you please tell me how to.
Check the “Other Projects” menu – it’s there:

I’ve had to put ‘CAPTCHA’ scripts on each and every file to defeat the automated hack scripts that were continually downloading (over, and over, and over…) the PDF files. It ran up CPU time for the hosting account and I had to shut that down.
You can still download them, but one-at-a-time. Pretty much faster than you can actually read them, anyway.
I would like to send you a pic of an old meter that came from SAR probably late 40’ or 50’s
